Salone Stories: a week of inspiration from Milan

Salone Stories: a week of inspiration from Milan

Team Estorio have closed a very intense week in terms of inspiration, business contact and visual experience at Salone del Mobile fair in Milan. Our partners presented excellent novelties on their stands or in Fuori Salone.

Foglie D’Oro Parquet /Arte Brotto Mobili came out with 9 state of the art new colors, new materials to combine it with and an exclusive rounded wardrobe. To make the noble nature of Walnut and Oak solid wood meet the theme of colour, without the latter taking anything away from the former, the knowledge of materials and the ability in processings are needed. Foglie d’Oro and Arte Brotto succeeds in combining colours – from the most classic tones to the most eccentric shades – with solid wood. A section of their stand was desicated to the Marco Piva collection and one to their best sellers such as Vero table, Azalea wall panel and their beautiful see through wardrobe.

Kreoo showcased a series of incredible, double sided marble washbasins with hand carved decoration that makes these pieces of art particularly valuable, alongside a luxurious marble whirpool with marble mixer, beautiful new consoles, and travertine boiserie that brings us back to richness of the Roman emperors. The new products are designed by Cristophe Pillet and Alberto Apostoli.

ZAVA SRL exhibited Nino, a very elegant technical lighting system alongside several beauties from their new Pro catalogue that our customers like so much and a new line of colorful and playful indoor lamps.

Kriskadecor is a favorite material of creative designers that added a deep red and orange color to their standard color collection of decorative chain curtains and a long awaited self-supporting system called Feel Free, designed by estudi{H}ac-JMFerrero, for spaces where fixing to the ceiling is not an option.

Valcucine debuted with a new version of their floor to ceiling system as upper cabinet fixed to the ceiling with the lightweight Aerius door which allows the visibility of the wall covering behind it. Their Forma Mentis line got a new glass upper cabinet, they came out with new materials for the Aerius door and have now a solution for bringing the wall in level with the kitchen vertically with the new Vela door, the largest tilting door in the kitchen market. Trends in the design world are constantly evolving, but never before has the return to nature been as strong as it is now. Along with welcoming environments and natural materials, other influences, shaped by an idea of sustainable luxury, are emerging. Proof of this is the dynamism of the Insula counters and islands presented, and the ergonomics of all the magical openings.

The new Zava outdoor collection designed to be integrated into the garden. It is the conjugation of functionality for its refined design and the use of high quality materials.
