Like the ancient secretaires, the Genius Loci kitchen has a secret, intimate, complicit space in the drawer.
An ingenious result enabled by the dematerialisation of the worktop, the under-top drawer becomes the distinctive element of the kitchen.
A precious detail, customisable with different finishes and craftsmanship, perfectly integrated with the purity of the shapes and materials.
In the inclined version, the Genius Loci drawer can be made in different materials and finishes. From inlaid and carved woods to sculpted stone and precious metals, Valcucine recovers and reinterprets the preciousness of ancient crafts, restoring dignity and beauty to treasures of memory that risk being lost.
A tribute to Italian expertise, under the banner of the stories of excellence that have always inspired the design of our kitchens.

Design philosophy
The H8 drawer below the worktop is available in two versions: one that looks as if it is a continuation of the worktop, perfectly integrated with the volumes and materials of the kitchen, and another slanting version designed to contrast with the top to create a more striking impact. The Special Elements elegantly conceal their functional parts for a kitchen that looks tidy at all times and preserves its streamlined beauty.
